About the library
The MUSAC Library-Documentation Center Araceli Corbo specializes in contemporary art. It is located in the ground floor of the museum, with direct access from the lobby and comprises two floors: the ground floor, reserved for consultation, viewing of audiovisual material, newspaper archive and Internet access; while the second floor houses bibliographic funds.

Entry regulations
- Entrance to the Library-Documentation Center Araceli Corbo of the MUSAC. Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla y León and the use of its services are free.

- Access to bibliographic funds is for free. A library identification is not required because there is NO lending service.

- The use of special and audiovisual material (CD, DVD, CD-I, CD-ROM, videos and other material*) is also free, but should be requested from the library personnel who act as intermediary.

- There is a photocopying service. The library respects all copyrights and may limit the number of copies made by a user. Photocopies of drawings, photographs, maps and prints may be obtained only through photographs. The Library is not responsible for any use that may contravene reproductions rights protected by law.

- Access to the library is not permitted with bags, purses, etc., nor notebooks, newspapers or books that are not previously presented to the library personnel.

- There are lockers available in the lobby, where users may leave their personal belongings.

- Personal laptops and mobile phones must be silenced upon entering the library.

- If there are any queries with regards to the classification, order, etc. of the library, please ask the person in charge.

- Please leave all books on the study tables.
Regulations on the use of the Internet
- Internet consultation services in the Library-Documentation Center Araceli Corbo is free and of individual use.
- To access this service, a user ID is required (please inquire at the desk).
- Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 7:45 p.m. Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and holidays: closed. August: Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. However, if the activities of the museum or the library require the use of the Internet terminals, they must be vacated.
- All those under 16 years of age may use Internet services accompanied by an adult.
- All minors may not access the center during school hours.
- Internet services in the library are an added resource of access to information, research and learning. It is prohibited to obtain, create or send information to websites whose contents infringe or go against human rights, children's rights or are unconstitutional, as well as those that may offend the sensibilities of others, given the public nature of the service, such as those related to violence, sex, advocating terrorism, racism, etc. Moreover, access to chat and online games are strictly prohibited.
- The user commits to respect existing legislations on Intellectual Property and to make appropriate use of Internet access, maintaining respectful behavior with other users and always taking into account the principles that govern the activity of this library and its regulations.
- The user will be held responsible for the misuse of computer equipment.
- It is highly prohibited to change the configuration of the equipment, or to install or save software, change icons, screens, etc.
- For the use of audio material, the use of headphones is necessary.
- For any blockage or concerns, please advise the head of the center.
- The library personnel reserve the right to finalize sessions at any moment, as well as interrupt the service.
- The Library-Documentation Center Araceli Corbo of MUSAC will not be held responsible, in any case, of the information that may be recuperated, accessed or sent to users through the Internet terminals.
- The use of Internet access service implies the acceptance of these regulations and any incompliance will result to the termination of the use of this service.

In this case, the Library-Documentation Center Araceli Corbo will issue a license (with a cost of 3 euros) that allows access to Internet for half an hour daily.
